SAFAN is a Saudi company headquartered in Riyadh, established in 2004 in the Al-Taawun neighborhood. We specialize in construction, finishing, fit-out and fire life safety works for governmental and private clients.
We deliver turnkey solutions, from planning and site preparation through construction, finishing and final handover, completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Alongside our contracting work, our BIM & Digital Services division provides modeling, coordination, shop drawings and digital handover, shaped by the same practical knowledge of the site.

MEP engineering

Fire life safety (FLS)
A dedicated department for FLS projects, working with engineers and safety consultants on fire alarm, suppression, smoke extraction and exit systems.
